    Hello All,

    I have try to backup symantec endpoint protection manager 12.1.3 using database backup and restore tool in management console. It giving following error.

    "backup failed writing due to a problem: unexpected error"

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting in Symantec community.

    Check available free space on SEPM installe drive.

    If sufficient free space is available then attempt to repair the SEPM using add/remove program features.
