The desktop central's agent installation failed on sep 12.1 is installed machine. When sup uninstalled then the agent of the app is successfully installed . How can I avoid that .There are no risk logs and security logs on the SEP client.
What app agent are you talking about? Please provide additional info, in either the form of logs, error messages, or screenshots. Additionaly, have you tried setting up an exclusion?
The agent I am talking about is " desktop central" app's agent. The interesting side of the issue , there is no logs about it. It's simply can not be deployed from remote server to sep installed endpoint. When sep uninstalled the specified agent deployed without any problem.
Is the SEP firewall blocking traffic? Or do you have network scanning enabled?
That was an issue about specific rule in Application and Device Control Policy. According to that rule installation of any application was blocked . Thank you all for replies .
