We have a Mac 10.7.2. We have installed SEP 11 RU7 MP1 as unmanaged. Installation was successful & we could see SEP icon in quicklaunch.

we are trying to make it managed. The mormal location of symantec folder inside Library is not found.

Installation was a success. Then it asked me to logout. I did.

I am able to open the gui. live update is available.

But the symatnec folder is not seen.

    I do not have \Tools\SylinkDrop under 11 RU 7

    I have \Tools\SylinkDrop for 12.1 RU1 but \Tools\SylinkDrop\Mac is not there.

I tried a reinstallation. Got a installation successful window, asked me to log-off, again same thing.

When i try to liveupdate, it hangs at 'determining what's available'. I think it is not installed properly. But why would the gui open?
