Issue with the sample submission portal

Anyone else having issues with the sample submission portal? Just tried to open it and getting the attached error

SYMSubmit, the False Positive and False Negative submission portal is currently not accepting connections. The appropriate team has been notified and we should have the issue resolved soon.
