Software Management Solution - Software auto-installation

Hi Guys
My Symantec Altiris console is running 8.5R4 with Patch, Iventory and Software Management plug-ins. I need some light on this:
I want to setup a mandatory software baseline, where any new server or servers that dont have a software that is listed on the baseline, will install the software automatically on the machine. On the mandatory software baseline, I want to set a few softwares as mandatory.
So for exemple: on the mandatory baseline has the Notepad++ as one of the mandatory softwares on all servers, if the Altiris detects that one of the servers does not have Notepad++ installed, it will install automatically on the server. 
How is the best way to acomplish this task?

I'd just set up a Filter that will capture all the required servers and have one Managed Delivery policy for each bit of software you want targeted at that filter.
