    Hello Team,

     

    I need to get the clear meaning of "DISABLED" and "Offline". endpoints on SEP manager.

     

    How can i exaplain in techncal manner...?

    In a nutshell...

    Disabled means that one or more components is disabled.  Run a report to find out why. (Could be corrupted install, bad defs, or actually disabled one of the components, etc)

    Offline means the clients have not checked into SEPM for a while. (heartbeats or taken offsite with no Internet access for a while)

    Well noted especially on Offline endpoints.

     

    Ok, let check on disabled again, find attached and help me to known, what kindly of explanation i will have to say.

     

    I attached that from after i run a report while ago.

    It's telling me that a few of the components has been disabled by policy that was set up on the SEPM server. it could be disabled for a number of reasons. You will need to find out why it was disabled before you re-enable it.
