    Hi All,

    We have observed that when users connect to Mumbai WSS datapod from Unified Agent Connectivity, we see there is a decrase in internte speed around 85% of actuall speed. We check by manually downloading the file and speedtest and both results show the same result were Internet speed is really slow. But when we disable WSS UA the speed is super.  

    Have any other WSS customers are experience the same in India.

    I believe this is more widespread than Mumbai.
    We have observed similar symptoms in most connections to GILTA (Tel Aviv) and some to GUSSC/GUSSE (USA West Coast).
    Generally the connections that report slowness are using TCP rather than the more efficient UDP, but this is out of our control, and TCP-based connections to some WSS pods are not noticeably slow.
    We do not yet have an explanation for this persistent slowness.

    We have not had resolution to this.
    The one issue we pursued in depth with Symantec/Broadcom Support was resolved as 'working as designed'.
    Symptoms continue.
