  • 1.  SEP 14.3 RU4 took longer time to enroll with EDR

    Hi Expert, For the past week I have been encountering the following incidents, hope I can get some help. 

    We upgraded ours client to 14.3 RU4 and we noticed it look much longer time for it to enroll with the EDR server comparing to the lower version of SEP. 

    Anyone encountering this issue? Is there any troubleshoot steps?

    Enrolment time can be impacted by a number of factors (number of endpoints being enrolled, endpoint online/offline status etc). If the endpoints fail to enroll please open a support ticket. There is no reason why an RU4 endpoint should take any longer than earlier versions to enroll.
