  • 1.  &fireglass_rsn=true - what is it?

    Hello everyone,

I manage a network that has a WAF.

Today the WAF detected few requests that contain &fireglass_rsn=true at the end of the URL's.

Since it's not part of the original URL the requests were automatically blocked.

After a short research I found out that the Web Isolation is adding it to every URL.

Can anyone explain what is the purpose of it?

    Best regards,

    Amit

    Hi Amit,

The function you're referring to is called Right Side Navigation:

<<"It's used to speed up page load by reconnecting to the same engine whenever the site you're on does a redirect.">>

    Hope this helps.
