I seem to be getting this error when trying to image a certain computer.

    Error Number: (19080)
Message: Xtrace: A_HSRV and other attributes

I'm not sure what's going on because I've never had this error before with other computers I've imaged.

The PreOS for the client computer is set to WinPE-512.

If you have any insight to this and can help me fix the error it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

This error message would crop up in case of a file name or directory name that is invalid. Please have a look at the below given document that would provide you a further insight.

    Error 19080:

    Hope this helps !

I'm assuming I would run it on the client machine, right?

Ok I've done everything the web page said to do and I'm still getting the same error as before. Anything else I can try?

By "image a certain computer" - do you mean "create an image of the computer" or "deploy an image to the computer" ??
Is this computer one of a kind in your organisation, or are you successfully imaging other identical models?  (Identical bios and hardware)
If this machine is one of several, and is the only one not working, are you able to swap the hard disk with another working machine and see if this makes any difference?

Does the error occur immediately or after imaging has been running for some time?

What computer are you having problems with? Does it use a SATA or IDE hard disk? Is it a brand new model or an older model ?

Yes I mean create an image of the computer. Yes there are different computers at my computer that I'm also imaging. However yes this is the first type of computer that has been different from the rest (Dell GX520). We have many more of them though and I will see if swapping the hard disk will work.

The error occurs right as the cloning process begins (fails at the "clone" step).

The computer I'm having problems with is the Dell GX520 and it uses a SATA hard disk. It is also an older model compared to the ones we have.

    Thanks for all your help.

It turns out, that yes this PC is unique becasue all the other hard disk we have for it are bad and having problems.
