  • 1.  Backups Failings

    My backups from my server are failing.  It is give me an error with Failed to encrypt the backup archive: key has expired
    What key are they talking about?

    Hi Mjruotolo,

    The backup is encrypted with the Organization key. Please check if the organization key is Expired.

    that is the issue.  It scares you when you want to renew it.  Are there any good documentaion on the process?
