Please can anyone help me with the update for Encryption Desktop. I was running MP3 and MacOS doesn't support it anymore. I can't get the update since Broadcom took over. I need access to my files

Have you registered on the Broadcom support portal?

This gives you a basic profile. However, to open and track cases and download software you need to upgrade to an Enterprise profile. Please see this article about how to upgrade. You will need your site ID:

However, in your case, from the Download Management page, search for:
desktop email encryption

The latest release is 10.5 MP1 and the file you'll need to download is Symantec_Encryption_Desktop_10.5.0_MP1_MacOSX.tar.gz.

The other thing to point out is that when you purchase the product it comes with a perpetual license for that release. However, in order to be eligible for upgrades and technical support you need to purchase a support entitlement.
