Recently we are working with Cloud Service for Email in reflecft mode with office 365.
I have a strange problem when i open a policy exception in my Enforce, for example i have a policy with response rule to block email message, when i open exception for users to send your email messages, DLP Cloud is not reading policy exception he continuing blocking email messages.
I did test policy exception with sender and recipient with and without SMTP protocol, but unsuccesfull.
