Well, if you wish to request a change in the DLP Cloud Service for Email, you will need to open a ticket with the support team, as the configuration of this hosted system is not done from the Enforce console.

The DLP Cloud Service for Email currently includes the following options for sending messages "downstream":
- In Reflecting mode, back to O365
- In Forwarding mode, downstream to Email Security.cloud
You can only do one or the other, as each Cloud Email Detector can only be configured to send to one Next Hop.
