    Can anyone tell me if the above console is still available on servicedesk V7?  Or is there something similar?

    It depends on what you present to your users.

    In our case we hid everything but the 'home' tab for end users, and gave them one report to look at ( 'my tickets' ). We didnt offer them the submit ticket or any other menu.

    hey Nurb,
    Doesn't the /aexhd refer to NS 6 and HD6 only?
    The reason I ask is that I have imported the new Hire demo from Workflowswat and there is a component that errors out on that exact address.

    AeXHD is the VD for the Helpdesk solution... so unless <server name> is an  NS6 with the Helpdesk solution installed, it won't work
