DLP Upgrade 15.7 to 15.8

I am upgrading single tier DLP 15.7 to 15.8 and getting following error.
Any Idea what is this error. Although jvm.dll file is there in folder but DLP is not able detect or read.

Hello Saqib,

As per the guide you have to limit the Directory link like this

JRE_DIRECTORY="C:\Program Files\AdoptOpenJRE\jdk8u262-b10-jre"

I think \bin\server should be removed. I just created a new 15.8 machine 2 days back and it worked fine.

Hi Atif,

Thanks for your prompt response and support. It works as you said. 
However now I am stuck on next phase and not able to copy the update readiness tool content in URT folder and getting access denied even i tried to copy by stopping the services.

Hello Saqib,

Just paste the URT zip file there and then extract. Did it last night. Should not be an issue

Please confirm if you are using the latest URT version. Just on the safe side
