  • 1.  agent will not install

    Testing the install/uninstall process for the 15.5 agent. The agent uninstalled fine.  It will now not install the 15.5 agent. I am using the correct install package I get no errors, I have used CMD prompt with user and elevated credentials.

    Any Help appreciated.

    Darren,

    Look in the install.log at the root of the drive.  Search for errors and post it here.

    The DLP agent is not supported on Linux at this time.  I have heard in a future release they will but right now you will not be able to install it on that platform.  Only Windows and Mac.
