    I have recently added a detection server to our 15.5 environment. ICAP server connection has been confirmed by admin. Console showed healthy connection between detection server and console before ICAP was connected.

    Hello,

    Try to restart all the services and the Detection server. We had the same issue which got fixed post restarting the Detection server.
