unable to login to the DLP enforce console

Hi All

I am unable to login to the DLP enforce server console.
I have few things.
1.vontu monitor controller service is stopping automatically
2. DB down is sowing in vontu monitor controller log
3.TNS listner is not connecting

One of our teammate has changed the hosts file recently, from then not getting incidents email alerts also.

Will cause this issue??

clearly you have a database connectivity issue.  I would try to revert the HOSTs file back to working condition.  Also look at your krb5.ini file and your springSecurityContext.xml.  but its likely your HOSTs
