    Hello,

    I have issue with single-tier installation. Detection server can not start packet capture










    The main concern is Detection server cannot see any Network Interfaces for packet capture. I have two network interfaces, I have attached this to VM before installed windows operation system, both have Npcap packet driver, I have installed Npcap using WinPcap compatible mode, also all necessary soft which is mentioned in the install guide. I also have installed a three-tier system, where I have not had a similar problem. I checked log files, where cannot find any solution to this issue. I searched about this problem, the solution is only for the Linux system not for Windows. Please send me some advice on how troubleshooting this problem

    Hello,

    Please try to increase RAM. I cannot see NICs here on the Configuration page.

    Moreover, Symantec supports only specific NICs for the VM environment. Please check the below article.

    Hello,

    I know this article, but this article about when use Napatech NT20E2, NT4E, NT40A01, and NT40E3. I don't use Napatech.  I also have installed a three-tier system same VM system, where I don't have problem.

    What's the RAM of the machine. Try to increase it

    I am also having the same issue even I tried to reinstall the Winpcap driver but it didn't work
