    I need to create a policy rule to prevent uploading to all cloud platform, Ex: WeTransfer, Google drive and Dropbox, except OneDrive,

    What is best practice ?

    from System - Agent - Agent Configurations
    or
    System - agent- global app monitoring?
    or
    If i create a policy rule and add these all urls in recipients?

    Hello again Waseem.  If possible I would look first to add this control to your internet proxy because that it where it truly belongs.  If that is not possible then i would configure an agent configuration to monitor all browsers listed that are used in your company.
    Then create a policy(s) to monitor endpoint protocols HTTPS/SSL, cloud storage and application file access in conjunction with those recipient domains
