Symantec DLP with Forcepoint Websense

Hi All,

I have Symantec DLP integration with Forcepoint Websense, the process is following the guide for enabling ICAP on Websense and its done already.

the strange behavior is that the Web Prevent on Enforce console is not showing any scanning messages or traffic.

What could be  the problem?

Mentioning there is a test policy for blocking website, and ignoring the request and response values are set to 1.

Have a look at your ICAP settings in Enforce under System -> Servers and Detectors Overview -> Configure Server and verify what you have set for "Ignore Requests Smaller Than" and consider lowering the number of bytes
