I've started a case on this but thought I would ask if anyone else has seen issues with upgrading Agents to 15.8?
We are on 15.7 and have found a lot of cases where the Agent installer first removes 15.7, then claims it has found a newer version than 15.8 so it quits the install, leaving the system with no working agent.
Tried a lot of fixes, rebooting, reinstalling using multiple methods, trying the hotfix agent installer recently made available. I got it working on one workstation through a mess of trying things, in part doing as much of a cleanup of all agent install info I could find, reinstalling 15.7, then upgrading. But it's not a consistent solution at this point.
Anyone else or is it just us?
