Hi VIP community,
You may have noticed recent announcements about a refreshed approach to submitting enhancements through the Community Ideas area. VIP is now participating in this process and we encourage you to submit all new enhancements into the
Ideas page using the category 'Symantec VIP'. The page
has also been updated with new status names and definitions. You can learn a lot more about this exciting change by reviewing this FAQ document. While we can't promise to implement every idea, we can commit that every idea you submit will be reviewed, prioritized, and replied to in a timely manner.
Here's what you can expect for VIP:
- New ideas will be reviewed at least twice a month, and shared n this community.
- Ideas will be updated to indicate that they have been reviewed, so that voting can begin.
- Ideas will also be updated when a decision has been made to either incorporate them or decline them.
Here's what I need from you:
- When you submit an idea, include your problem and a clear business value in the idea description. Don't just say what you want, please include the "WHY".
- Vote for ideas that will help your business too.
