  • 1.  Upgrading/Renewing VIP License

    Hi,

    Our VIP Manager > Account > Account Usage; shows Total users = 1150 and 202 (currently in used). Credential page shows 1851 results.
    Product end date is on 31st May 2021.
    Currently, we use VIP Authentication MFA for both our staff and suppliers (202 users) and also for confirming transactions in our banking system (1851 in total).
    As the product is approaching expiry, we would like to renew the license and having difficulties on whether to upgrade the license to 250 users or should we count the number of transactions as well.
    Kindly help to verify.
