 Some devices cannot find gho file

Vendor who odes imaging for us so remote from me, they are doing batches of them and maybe 10 will be fine but then 3 will get this error:

I'm not seeing any issues on their site server and I am trying to get the logs from a device but techs needs to permission to have a usb stick so waiting on those. Same model of devices also so its not a driver issue. We are on 8.6 and I rebuilt PXE but did not resolve

These are networking errors, 'https' address cannot be accessed because of timeout error. UNC address is also not available.
I would check the network connectivity first at the time of errors..
