Hello,
We have a print policy, the exact same in dev as in prod, to create an incident when someone prints, and save the file they printed with the incident.
This is working correctly in dev, but not in prod. I've gone through agent logs in both environments and as far as I can tell there is no difference between them.
Does anyone know of a further way to diagnose this issue or a setting that could interfere with the capturing of the document?
