Upgrading from Management Centre version 2.2.x into 2.4.x taking a long time

It has been more than half an hour and the upgrade is still showing   please wait ... 0%

This is right after the installed-systems load command.

Is this normal?

Hi Wasfi, 

That does sound quite long. I don't recall any known issues, and 2.2.x to 2.4 would be an approved upgrade. If this persists, I would open a ticket with Support for a closer look.
