Who can we work with at Broadcom to update the SEP Mobile application to install from a MDM system and not require employee interaction to open and configure the application? We have thousands of devices that installed the software with the parameters provided from the SEPM console. The second half of the configuration that needs to be completed by the end users is not happening. Email notifications are available from the console and we can put policies in place in WS1 to kick out devices not configured but this is an unnecessary burden to end users. In this day and age of technology this app should be deployed with the parameters as we have now and its live and connected on the device after it is installed.
The current approach is outdated and you leave the option open the app to never be fully active from the MDM install.
