Laptop: Samsung SM-W720 Software: Symantec Desktop Encryption Hello! Internal keyboard doesn't work when I'm trying to enter the password, but external keyboard works just fine, even via bluetooth connection. At first I checked for a new drivers for SM-W720 laptop, no luck. Hello! Internal keyboard doesn't work when I'm trying to enter the password, but external keyboard works just fine, even via bluetooth connection.
At first I checked for a new drivers for SM-W720 laptop, no luck.

no luck too. Also I have seen the same thread, but no solution.

Any suggestions?
