Hello, 

Is there a way DLP v15.7 can be leveraged, along with other tools, to baseline 'normal' end-user email activity. The end goal would be to quickly identify anomalous user behavior and respond accordingly.

I don't think so, not in the way that you're envisioning. That's really not what DLP is intended to do.
