 Virtualization technology

Hi, i've lately tried to solve our slow remote control and i found that turning virtualization technology off seems to solve it. Is there any reason for the virtualization to cause slowness? Is it something known?
We have itcm version 14.0.2 and hp computers.

Hi Neomi,

Release 14.2 is old and no longer supported.

I would recommend that you upgrade to 14.5 CU4 and then we can provide better help for you.
