I'd like to get familar with Clarity PPM.

Therefor I worked through the learning path:
https://docs.broadcom.com/doc/exam-study-guide-proven-professional-exam-250-609

Now I'd like to get some experience on my own and installed an environment by:
Clarity PPM Installation

My installation ends up as in the documentation:

My main question: How can I activate / where to find the menu bars?
Do you know any 1st steps or project walkthrough videos or documentations, please?

Thx.

Rgds

Hi Marc

Since you have logged into the Classic PPM, there are few configuration needed in order to navigate to Clarity MUX . Here are the list of things to be done

  • Provide your user with all the rights by Navigating to Administration --> Organization and Access --> Resources
  • Search for your resource and under sub menu Resource Access Rights --> Global and grant all
  • Now navigate to Administration --> System Options --> New User Experience --> Check Activate New User Experience

Above information is also documented under section activate Modern UX

Also there are two trainings which can help you and you can register using this link

  • Clarity 101
  • Get Started with Clarity

Let me know if you need any additional information

Clarity has two database one is transactional and another one is Datawarehouse, in order to install the PMO accelerator you will need to ensure you import the Datawarehouse template schema we provide, configure the same in CSA and then install the PMO accelerator addin.

Do you know any kind of documentation or walkthrough for installing the Datawarehouse, please?

I reinstalled all the System
granted all possible user rights
sat/checked the new user experience

or

stoped the Services
cleared the browser Cache
restarted the Services
went back to http://localhost/niku/

..and everything Looks as bebore. 😢

Now you will need to navigate to /PM instead of /niku to see the MUX and also the necessary rights.

It seems to work fine, now.

Thank you very much for the support!

Is there any way to import a demo project, to populate my test environment, please?

Thx.
