When users logged in by SSO and are inactive in the system for a while (due to lunch, meetings etc) they are automatically logged out and get get the error message attached. Currently on version 16.3.2, running on an On-Prem Oracle Database.
Refresh page and logging in again works fine, but error message has existed for a while and leaves our users with an negative impression of Clarity as a unstable non-reliable product.
When logging into the system without SSO and through a different appserver, you dont get the error message on inactivity, just the ordinary login page.
Any ideas on where to start searching for a solution?

Hi Solveig, can you share the URL causing that error, that appears to be a different app, highly likely it might be the SSO provider, if so it might be something they can review vs Clarity side
