Unable to download 3.3.13 files

After receiving "Ghost Solution Suite Digest for Friday August 22, 2025" containing "Ghost Solution Suite 3.3.13 Released" I attempted to download the new version. the 4 newest RU13 files failed download via either HTTP or SECURE FTP and appeared to be null file length.

The selected resource was not found

Is there a download issue

Hello PE,

There were download issues initially that Support found while trying to access the RU13 files.  Please try again as this issue has been resolved for both GSS and the Support Tools installs, along with the other items that were updated August 22.

I used the HTTPS download link, and also selected the 4 files, and clicked "Download Selected" and used the HTTPS download option.  Both are working now.
