 How to access "Sizer Tool"

[Question]
Our customer is getting an ERR_TIMED_OUT error when accessing the https://consumer.interop.ca.com/sizer/ listed in the "Launch the Sizer" for the Dx  NetOps 23.3 "Sizer Tool" ( https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/it-operations-management/dx-netops/23-3/Fault-Monitoring-with-DX-Spectrum/getting-started/ca-spectrum-sizer-tool.html ).
Can you tell me how to access this URL or an alternative URL?

By the way, I found the KB called "Spectrum Sizing for a new system" ( https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/244297/spectrum-sizing-for-a-new-system.html ).
In the Additional Information of this KB, the following explanation is given:

The current sizer tool is slightly outdated and a new NetOps sizer tool is currently being developed which takes many more factors into account.

Is the Sizer Tool, as described here, still under development?

Sorry, but the IP got changed after the sizer system was rebooted, so it's not resolving correctly in DNS.

An internal help desk ticket has been raised to update the dns mapping.

So try tomorrow again over the next few days to see if it's been resolved.   Sorry for any inconvenience.
