I am getting the browser error message: "Account Restricted. You cannot login because your account is locked out". How can this error be fixed.
I am using the WSS agent with SAML authentication. Authentication to the IDP works perfectly but instead of getting to the website, I got to this Cloud SWG HTML error page.
The username and password are inserted in a browser web form as the agent is configured to collect them this way.
