Generate the ESP agent logs in JSON and build the insights from logs in ELK or OpenSearch

I am looking for possible options to generate the ESP Workload automation agent logs / plugin agent (like SAP) logs in the JSON format in a structured format so we can forward them to Elasticsearch or OpenSearch or Splunk to generate the insights on the executions etc.

Please let me know if this is feasible and if you have any standard dashboard templates in those analytics platforms for the to view the metrics.
