I cannot use msiexec because the full product uninstall key cannot be found.

Details:
Error: The registry value
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\CurrentVersion\ProductVersion
was found, but not the MSI product ''.

The Symantec Diagnostic Tool does indicate that the installation is corrupted, but it cannot fix the issue.

CleanWipe is not a solution because it requires a password that has never been set. This is apparently due to the corrupted installation.

The contract/subscription is no longer valid, so I cannot download or use a new installation package.

The application itself still runs, but it cannot be uninstalled. How should I proceed?

If this is a managed client the password is the SEP Manager's Admin password.
