Hello - We constantly run into space issue since we store every single artifact and there is no way to delete artifacts w/in a specific release.

Would like to propose the below idea.

We want to be able to enter in an env and a length of time and go in and delete old deployments in that env greater than than length of time, including the artifacts.

The idea is to  reclaim resources from deployments they never get to the higher environments.

Thanks!

Sanjeev

Hi,

We don't recommend that the Nexus repository that is shipped with release automation is used to store artifacts, the best practice is to register the artifact in RA and reference the source location so the artifact has a single copy stored in customers preferred repository. If there is no definitive repository in use then we would recommend installing a standalone copy of the repository that is not on the Release Automation Management Server.

I know there is a way to purge the database manually to get rid of old artifacts, but a built-in action or script that would do it automatically would be a fantastic addition!
