Running a sudo doesn't pick up all the Oracle attributes.

When I run a sudo as a user the locked address space is 32. When I run as the oracle id the locked address space is unlimited.It should be unlimited for both.

 

Run the sudo as a user

As a user locked address space (kbytes)  (-l)  32

 

Run the script as oracle and the locked address space is unlimited.
