CA Support – Case Management: free-text search of all support cases.

The CA Support site should provide a way to perform free-text searches of all of our incidents.

 

Currently, it’s possible to search cases by title.

However, there is no way to search cases if search term appear only in the description or case comments.

 

This should ideally be implement in a way that makes it easy to construct a URL format that can be used in a Firefox Quick Search bookmark, e.g.,

https://comm.support.ca.com/csupport/CaseManagement/cases/search?q=ucybchng

Hi Michael, 

 

Thank you for sharing your idea but currently, we do not have this feature in the pipeline for future updates to our current customer portal but we will submit this enhancement to our IT team for consideration. We will provide an update if this feature is in scope to be added in the future.
