Idea: To merge two send events while performing actions on autosys jobs on WCC like force-start, kill, on-hold, on-ice etc.
for example:
kill and force-start: it will kill a running job first and once the job moves to terminated status, it will force start the jobs again.
Kill and On-Ice: it will kill a running job first and once the job moves to terminated status, it will put the job on-ice status.
Kill and On-Hold: it will kill a running job first and once the job moves to terminated status, it will put the job on-hold status.
Kill and success: it will kill a running job first and once the job moves to terminated status, it will put the job on success status.

Another alternative: To have two drop box while giving send event on a job. That will help merging any two events at the same time.

Implementation: When two actions are provided on a job at the same time, the first action shall be performed like it usually function as of now, the second sent event shall only be performed if is allowed by the status of the job after the first send event is successful else it should not allow the second send event.

Benefits: Will save time for every two actions that are generally performed back to back on a job.
