When NFA exports a large report as PDF it generates an invalid PDF that Adobe Acrobat Reader cannot show.
In Adobe Acrobat Reader the PDF appear as a big blank page.

I opened a case to verify this and the support told me to use another PDF reader.

But doing some research i found the PDF specification (www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/pdf_reference_1-7.pdf)
In the Appendix C (Implementation Limits) page 993 is stated that the maximun allowed page size is 200x200 inches (5080 x 5080 mm)

In my case NFA is generating a PDF that has a size of 216 x 5766 mm.

It would be good that CA fix this so we can use the standard Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the files.

One possible solution would be to use pagination with a standard page size (like A4 or Letter)

The problem is NFA is not following the PDFspecification.
The maximun allowed page size is 200x200 inches (5080 x 5080 mm) and NFA is generating pages that are larger than that limit.

Some programs other than Adobe Reader does not have the problem because they don´t strictly follow the specification.

Can you help me better understand what NFA should do better, given this Adobe Reader limitation?  Do NFA generated PDFs have excessive page sizes, implying that we need to do a better job creating more reasonably sized pages within a PDF?

Yes, this is a bug and it's sad, that you need the community to get a solution.

And sorry, NFA Support, if your product doesn't work with the most common PDF reader, than CA and not the customer has to find a solution.
