CA DLP Exchange Agent Log information enhancement

We saw an issue in our exchange environment recently which is caused by CA DLP Exchange agent because it has issue to process some malformed or corrupt email. The DLP agent is keeping to process this email without timeout but cause the accumulate queue on HT server. We need more detail log information from DLP agent to show which email cause the hold when such case happen. such as  message ID and subject messages that are being processed for over XX numbers of seconds. etc.

Thank you for your contribution of an enhancement idea to the CA Community. CA is continually working to improve its software and services to best meet the needs of its customers.  Your input is vital to that effort. 

The CA Data Protection Product Management team has reviewed this enhancement.

 

It is a good idea. I have wish-listed it, and added to the backlog. I would like to consider this enhancement to the future release of the product.

 

The Community will continue to be able to vote on this enhancement idea.

This issue is still marked as NEW 4 months after the idea was submitted!

Can we have a response from CA product manager...

I think multiple customers would find this useful so I added my vote!

 

xghuangsimon - Make sure you vote for your own idea. The system does not add your vote automatically when you create the idea.
