Add Conditions/Rules to the Auto Close/Resolve Feature in SDGTW

Could we please add the ability to create  Conditions/Rules to the Auto Close/Resolve feature in the SDGTW probe when Integrated with ServiceNow?

For Example:

If that the sdgtw probe has an incident it opened in ServiceNow from an alarm, and the alarm clears and we have the auto resolve when alarm clears function enabled, We could put in a rule of condition that the sdgtw probe will check the incident status. If the incident status is set to 'Active' then go ahead and close the incident.

If the incident status is set to any other status like "In Progress", leave the incident alone and do not auto close it even though the alarm cleared.
