Engineering and Support teams post very helpful information in Knowledge Base articles on the support site. I'm not aware of a way to get a "feed" of new articles from support.ca.com, but I can get a feed of communities I'm following in the Communities site.
The Privileged Access community posts some of their tech tips up onto the Communities site.
When a new Knowledge Base article is published to support.ca.com, it'd be great to see a posting in the Communities site, which would show up in my feed.
Alternatively, if there's a way to receive a feed of new content from support.ca.com - that would be helpful.
