Thanks for the update. We need a clarification for the below concern raised by client.

CA SiteMinder is directly supported with “WebLogic12c” for SSO integration. PeopleTools 8.55 comes with WebLogic12c by default.

For all earlier releases and since the days when Siteminder was with Netegrity and WebLogic with Bea, we had to use a separate proxy like “Apache” or IBM Http server or SunOne to make it work with WebLogic. Now that WebLogic is directly supported, I can remove this layer in the implementation.

If that’s the case, can you please confirm & provide the relevant matrix for WebLogic12c on RHEL7.x to be used with PeopleTools 8.55.

Hi Santosh,

The development team will begin to look at Peopletools 8.5.5 on RH7 starting next week.

We have seen a number of difference with even the smallest version number change, so while we have certified 8.5.4, we need to take a closer look at 8.5.5 before projecting a possible release date.

As for the specific environment you would like for Session Linking, can you help guide us with answers to two question:

- What version of CA SSO Policy Server are you running ?

- What bit level of Apache are you running?

You're not the only one seeking this. My Employer is too.

We were pointed to the R12.6 expected changes. Apparently that might be required.

It would be nice if they at least stated that here in response to this.
