Can your Ca7 Web Client be made compatible with Mobile browser or come up with a mobile app?
This is to help all the Mainframe application support persons. Now a days 24X7 on-call support persons are carrying smart phones (that have replaced the pagers) and in case of a job failure and if there is an action that can be taken via mobile on the go, then it will be Web Client that I can think of.
Refer attached mobile screenshot where I am able to login to Ca7 Web Client using my smart phone mobile browser (highly secured browser provided by employer). It is possible to browse through but with some difficulty (may be I have to rotate the screen etc., to see more content on the browser).
