Change the name of the analyst displayed on the timeline for your role in Service Point

​I would like to propose the improvement below in Service Point.

A way to hide the ticket’s author name or replace it with your role instead of his name.
 
Justification for option: End users when they see the author of each comment or even for whom the ticket is assigned, they can call the analyst directly instead of contacting the Call Center.
